The intention is to use this very specific Breathwork Technique
that Raises the Energies within the Body,
giving us an Extraordinary Feeling of Lightness, Radiance and High Vibrations
As we are in a Higher State of Consciousness & Frequency
we then go into Qigong movements so that we can Condition our Deeper Consciousness as well as our Body's memory to
Live and Sustain this State of High Consciousness.
